On July 26, HUBZone Chamber founder Neil McDonnell was invited to join industry leaders and government agencies at the Department of Energy and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) 2018 HUBZone Small Business Outreach event.

It was an extraordinary opportunity to present the vision and mission of the HUBZone Chamber to a larger audience. It was his privilege to introduce Paul Ross, Acquisition Specialist and Senior Small Business Technical Adviser within the DOE's OSBDU.
This event offered positive networking opportunities, discussions among small businesses for teaming opportunities on larger contracts and personal connections to many Colorado-based HUBZone members.
