Guest Bio:  Rob Sanchious is founder and CEO of SHR Consulting Group, an 8(a) small business serving defence and civilian agencies. Mr. Sanchious is an IT subject matter expert with expertise in Strategic Management, Application Services, Enterprise Management, and Infrastructure Services. 

Mr. Sanchious created SHR after working as an engineer at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). Under Rob's leadership, SHR has grown significantly and recently placed 3rd on the 2017 Washington Technology Fast 50 list, which ranks fast growing small businesses in the government market.
